the routine

Apply 2-3 pumps of Cycle 1 daily in the AM
Use Cycle 1 every day for two months (or until bottle empty)
Switch to Cycle 2 and use daily for another two months.

Continue to alternate between Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 every two months throughout the year to avoid skin plateau while receiving maximum performance from the active ingredients.
